Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard report - MEES

The Government is proposing on raising the minimum EPC rating from an E to a C by 2030 for rental properties (2028 for new tenancies) We can offer a MEES report outlining individual improvement measures that may be used to achieve a C rating, allowing the Landlord to make the most cost effective improvement measures.
